Shipping Warranty

Once the order placed has been shipped out, We are no longer responsible for the package. This includes lost/delayed packages. Due to the pandemic, packages shipped via USPS have been delayed. If you do not recieve your order within the time frame, you can file a dispute with your local post office.

If you have provided the wrong address and we have already shipped out your order, there is a $8 resend fee to cover shipping costs to The United States and a $25 resend fee for worldwide shipping outside of the US. THIS FEE HAS  TO BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER in order for the packaged to be reshipped out. 

Due to the pandemic and the safety concerns of our customers and staff, once the order is shipped out, all sales are final and we can not process a refund if the item is shipped back due to an insignificant address provided by the customer. Once the reship fee is covered and the correct address is provided, your package will be reshipped quickly :)
